You're not bigger than me...

Today I was talking with some friends about how people can be so mean, cashiers, janitors, teachers, customer service people, and even people on the streets. Many of them think they have power over us just because they have authority. I've always thought that people are equal, no person is more than anyone. The only exception could be when there is difference in the morality of two persons, then one is more valuable than the other but just in that way. No one likes to be degraded, and no one should be in my oppinion.

 I have known many people who think they're the cat's whiskers, and i don't like them very much, i try to live and let live, but i do not allow people to think they're superior. They are people like me, and i don't have to pay the consecuences if they have had a bad day or if they don't like their job. When something like that happens, when people are being rude to me, i try to be polite and tell them to calm down, because i'm not less than they. I must be respected, for I'm worth as much as anyone. Don't let people pass over you.
