
The problem comes when people have a problem that is afecting his or her life and they try to handle it alone. Depression is an example, depressed people do not want help even when inside they desperately look for it. To loose weight, to study, to learn something, anorexia, bulimia, adictions. These are some of the common problems people usualy reject to be helped. If you know, deep down, that you need help, do not reject it, people only want your wellbeing. And if you know someone who need help, don't give up, and try always to convince him or her that somethings cannot be solved alone. There is no shame in being helped. It's wise to know when we need help.
